We Print It.

Our Print-on-Demand collection features Great Lakes Brewing Co. designs that are made to order just for you. Instead of keeping every size, color, and style in stock, each item is printed after your order is placed. This allows us to offer a wider variety of designs, apparel styles, sizes, and garment colors than we would traditionally keep in inventory.

To help you find the best fit, we provide a size chart on every Print-on-Demand product page. Size charts are supplied by our garment manufacturer. We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart before placing your order, as Print-on-Demand items are custom-made and cannot be exchanged due to size issues.

Production time is approximately five (5) business days. Shipping time varies based on your location and selected shipping method. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information so you can follow your delivery progress.

You will receive email notifications throughout the fulfillment process, including order confirmation, shipping confirmation, and tracking information. Be sure to provide a valid email address at checkout, and check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see your notifications.

If your order includes both Print-on-Demand items and in-stock merchandise, the items may ship separately and arrive on different days. If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Because each item is made specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size, color preference, or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us at [email protected] and we will make it right.

We do our best to accurately represent every design and garment color. Because items are printed to order on different fabrics and garment colors, slight variations in print placement, color, texture, and scale may occur. Colors displayed on mobile devices, tablets, and computer monitors may appear differently than they do on the final printed product.

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we may not be able to cancel or modify your order. If you need to make a change, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help.
